Who We Are
Empowerment Family Care, Inc. is designated as a Behavioral Health Residential Facility by the Arizona Dept. of Health Services. We are licensed to provide personal care services for those people who need it. Empowerment Family Care, Inc is a diverse behavioral health group home as we can break the language barriers for individuals who do not speak English. Our staff are multilingual and speaks English, French, Swahili, Kirundi, and Kinyarwanda.
What We Do
Empowerment Family Care, Inc. is a home providing shelter and support services for behavioral health residents who may also have a history of serious mental illness (SMI), as well as those who have completed any mandated incarceration and/or hospital treatment and have been deemed not to be a danger to the community or themselves.
We will also provide support, screening, and access to services for residents with co-occurring disorders of substance abuse and/or addiction.

To assist our clients in furthering their treatment objectives while providing them a safe place to live, where their activities can be monitored and where they can acquire essential life skills.
